Refunds & Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email email@example.com including your order ID, what items you will be returning and the reason. Please also include whether it’s a return or exchange.
Our team will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving the email to confirm they have received the request
Post items to 176 Sandspit Road, Shelly Park, Auckland 2014
Once we have received the item and accepted, our team will process the return / exchange and your refund / exchange will be processed (please allow up to 14 days for this to take affect)
Customer will need to pay postage on the return / exchange
